Leading the Future - How good are we as Leaders?
I can honestly say that I’ve not always been the best leader, and I can only say this as I have learnt while finding my way. I was that young enthusiastic therapist that told everyone that “I can do it”, I was self-confident, honest, reliable, hardworking, great communicator blah, blah, blah, but was I a great leader? |

It's all in the planning.

This past week, I've noticed that our Facebook posts were getting about 20% less reach that they usually get.
Through doing some research, I stumbled on an article where Facebook openly states that business Facebook page owners should expect their organic reach to continue to decline over time… and the best way to get your stuff seen by your fans is to pay for your posts to reach them.

How do you give feedback without upsetting your Team?
Sometimes someone in your team will make a mistake.
The problem is, when you give people direct feedback about this – they can often get upset, defensive or even angry. And then they don’t improve – they just sulk or get in a mood. So, what is the best way to handle this to get a positive outcome? |

Why it's time to focus on growing your male clients:
Studies show that 89 percent of Kiwi guys make an effort these days to improve their appearance, with body hair removal at the top of the grooming list. And, male clients are reliable, low-maintenance and high-spending.

Have You Got What it Takes to Go It Alone?
First and foremost, you need to be very clear about the reasons why you are driven to be your own boss. You need to take into account that when you become self employed, you give up 4 weeks paid holiday and paid sick leave, as well as a regular steady income.

Ask yourself: “Who is my ideal client?”
If you don't know who your customers are, you'll be wasting your money on marketing activities that don't work.
