Clinique La Prairie in Montreux, Switzerland
In the glass-walled spa café, a glamorous elderly woman – multiple rings, beautifully made-up – is reminiscing about the good old days at Clinique La Prairie. ‘Everyone used to come just for the famous rejuvenation treatment. The clinic gave it by injection then. A doctor would administer it all while we played bridge. It was marvellous. You didn’t even have to put your cards down!’ she says. |

Spa Beauty NZ sharing what makes our people and their business successful
Vivianne McIntosh - Why we do what we do
I very rarely use the word beauty in relation to what we offer. I always think that we’re in the business of connecting people back with themselves. Often that 15 minute brow tidy is the only time that a client has to themselves that month so making that experience as fantastic as we possibly can is incredibly rewarding and important |

Spa Beauty NZ sharing what makes our people and their business successful
Champs Elysees Day Spa and what they've found effective
When you are good at what you do and you exceed clients expectations, word of mouth can be your most effective marketing tool. Our marketing philosophy focuses largely on connecting directly and personally with our valued clientèle and building long term relationships and I work closely with our Marketing Manager to ensure our marketing plan reflects that philosophy. |
