Because men need a little pampering too...
If there’s one thing the recent uptick in male beauty treatments has given us, it’s a solid appreciation of portmanteau. From the dermal depths of ‘Brotox’ up to the smooth layers of ‘manscaping’, bolting a macho prefix onto the names of those decidedly ladies-only treatments makes them very manly indeed. And thank the grooming gods; getting caught with your hands in your partner’s wash bag was becoming a real risk, right guys? |

Why I chose NO HANDS® Massage
Over the years massage has been a big part of my work, some days finding me doing up to 5 massages a day! Those days I would feel exhausted and bruised. So, I decided a while ago that I needed to change how I work, if I wanted to keep doing what I love.

Are you looking after yourself this Summer?

What are your mornings like! Need a Make Over?
Many people find it hard to get out of bed in the morning and spend the first part of their day checking social media or emails that came in over night – not a great way to start. Putting together a morning routine full of mindful rituals can make even the toughest mornings easier. |

We all love Summer.
During the summer months we tend to relax and spend more time outdoors with family and friends and are able to put the stresses of daily life and work away for a short while. During this time we will have more sun exposure which can be beneficial but we can also create a complete disaster within the structures of our skin when we lay in the sun for hours causing a burning effect and an inflammatory response. |

I cannot even begin to tell you how many people I have spoken to who have been recommended to use this cleanser, for their so named ‘sensitive’ skin concerns. I would love to share my professional knowledge regarding the Cetaphil cleanser formulation, with specific regard as to what it is actually doing for your skin – and the topic regarding ‘sensitive’ skin is one best left for another day! |

Fact is our Asian population is growing rapidly.
Statistics show that in Auckland almost 1 in 4 people are Asian.
That means, your Asian client base could be growing too. Yet, very few skincare clinics are catering and marketing to their Asian clients. If you're one of those clinics, is that because you don't understand Asian skin? Is it because you don't understand what your Asian clients' needs are? |

Breath. Stating the obvious, it is essential for life…
Yet so many of us remain completely unaware of how connected our mind, body and breath are, and how you can impact your own physiology by connecting to, and consciously influencing, your breathing.
